BIOGRAPHY of MARIE-JOSÉE MICHAUD

Marie-Josée is an author, while being also a respected and renowned consultant regarding psychological health in the workplace and human resources mobilization. She has over 25 years’ of worldwide experience as a production –operations manager and as a consultant across numerous fields. Diverse organizations see her as approachable and in touch, as she can relate to industry-specific issues.

In 2005, MJ received a major depression diagnosis, related to hyper performance. This enabled her to understand what lead to this diagnosis and more importantly, to learn how to stay on a successful recovery path. Since then, her mission is to address the reality of organizations that must face alarming figures related to anxiety disorders and Depression. Using different approaches in consulting, management and emotional intelligence, which are now supported by new findings on neuroplasticity, MJ offers a tangible solution.

Her mission in 2021 is about responding to the new workplace reality created by Covid-19, which increased stressors by several notches. MJ decided to devote herself to leaders and elite teams in successfully meeting their own mission: save their organization while knowing how to preserve the physical and psychological health, on which so many dreams depend!

Through growing the EQ of teams who are in a high performance mind frame, she helps create the ability for them to continue performing, at the right time and for the right reasons.

MJ’s services also enables organizations to meet and or implement the National Standard of Canada for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace (referred further as the Standard in the description of her expertise on that matter).
